一、基本情况

关杰耀(KWAN KIT YUE),男,汉族,马来西亚籍华侨。目前担任的学术及社会兼职包括:国际自然保护联盟(IUCN)物种存续委员会鲎专家组指导委员会(Steering Committee)委员,同时兼任该委员会亚洲地区鲎和自然教育工作组联合主席;国际重要科技期刊Frontiers in Marine Sciences和Endangered Species Research审稿编委(Review Editor);Biodiversity and Conservation,Journal of Environmental Management,Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences和《海洋渔业》等7本国内外重要期刊审稿专家;美国国家海洋和大气管理局(NOAA)专项经费评审专家;第四届国际鲎科学与保护研讨会(The 4th International Workshop on the Science and Conservation of Horseshoe Crabs)秘书长。入选八桂青年学者,广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”,广西高层次E类人才;获得2018年全国水生野生动物保护“海昌技术奖”。

二、教育与工作经历

2009年9月—2012年7月,香港城市大学科学与工程学院环境科学与管理专业本科,获学士学位(一级荣誉),院长嘉许状获得者

2010年9月—2012年7月,香港教育学院(现香港教育大学),获教育学副修学位

2010年12月—2011年5月,芬兰坦佩雷科技大学环境和能源工程学院,国际交换生

2012年9月—2016年7月,香港城市大学科学与工程学院专业博士研究生,获博士学位

2015年7月—2015年8月,台湾中研院生物多样性研究中心访问研究生

2016年7月—2016年12月,香港城市大学生物与化学系博士后

2016年12月—2018年12月,北部湾大学工作,助理研究员

2018年12月—至今,北部湾大学工作,副研究员

三、教学工作

主讲《海洋管理》和《生物统计学》等本科和硕士研究生课程;指导本科毕业论文和大学生创新创业训练计划项目等;2018年第五届钦州学院(现北部湾大学)青年教师教学竞赛理科组特优奖,指导本科生参加全国高校大学生海洋与化学论坛获口头报告二等奖,第三届全国大学生生命科学竞赛三等奖;联合本科生在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文3篇(SCI共同第一作者2篇,北大核心第二作者1篇),授权国家专利1项(第二发明人);带领本科生参加境内外学术交流10人次。

四、科研方向与业绩

自博士研究生以来长期从事海洋濒危 “活化石”鲎的保护生物学和增养殖学研究,主要包括鲎资源与核心生境的分布、科学增殖放流体系的构建、沿海社区的保护意识形态等。目前分别主持国家和广西自然科学基金青年基金各1项,广西自治区人才项目2项。以第一(共同第一)或通讯作者在Aquatic Conservation-Marine and Freshwater Ecosystems,Marine Biology,Biodiversity and Conservation等国内外重要科技期刊发表论文18篇,这些研究结果曾被Science, Journal of Environmental Management, Marine Policy等期刊引用100余次,服务于世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)中国鲎红色名录濒危等级评估、我国香港地区生物多样性策略及行动计划、国内外科普活动材料等。
